My story in the United States began the same way many students' stories do today — with a suitcase full of hope, limited resources, and a whole lot of uncertainty. I arrived as an international student, determined to build a life and career in a place that was completely new to me.

Along the way, I met mentors who changed my life. They guided me, encouraged me, and helped me find the confidence I didn't always have in myself. Their support shaped the trajectory of my career, and I've never forgotten how much it mattered.

Over the past 17+ years, I've built a career with a problem solving mindset working across engineering, data, compliance, UX, and large-scale organizational initiatives. I've led cross-functional teams, delivered enterprise-wide solutions, and solved complex problems — but the part of my journey that has always meant the most is helping people grow.

Today, I want to give back in the same way my mentors once gave to me.

I know how overwhelming the current job market can feel, especially for students navigating it for the first time. Interviews, resumes, technical screens, behavioral questions — it can all feel like too much. My goal is to be a supportive friend in that journey, someone who understands both the pressure and the potential you hold.
